Terms & Conditions of Booking |
The acceptance of the booking is on the understanding that our property Rydal Cottage is taken good care of and that you leave it as you find it in good clean condition.
Any breakages and damages will be charged to your account, therefore it is imperative that you check the inventory upon arrival.
Any excess cleaning charges will be charged to your account to re-instate the property to good order for the next guests.
The property must not be occupied by more than the persons stated on the original enquiry, failure to do so would result in the termination of your booking with no refund. |

Parking permits |
A £ 75.00 charge will be charged per week to your account if the parking permit is not left at the property. This is to fund the next guests parking costs.
It is important that you read and take note of our health and safety guidelines upon arrival.
This is strictly a NO SMOKING & NO VAPING property.
( A charge of £ 75.00 for deep cleaning will be charged to your account if smoking or vaping occurs within the cottage ).

Arrivals. |
|
The property is available for occupancy from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. The keys should be returned to the key box outside and the code randomly configured.
Parking permit should be placed in the kitchen. |

Deposits. |
|
All deposits are non refundable, all balances are payable 8 weeks prior to arrival, failure to send balances will result in the cancellation of your booking, and if not re let you would be potentially liable for the balance.

Cancellation Policy. |
Deposits are non refundable.
Less than 8 weeks 100 % of the holiday will be not be refundable.
If the property is unavailable for occupancy due to circumstances out of our control, we will offer a full refund and will accept no further liability. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover these eventualities.

Pets. |

We do NOT accept pets.

No Liability. |
|
No responsibility is accepted for loss, damage, sickness or injury how so ever caused which may be sustained during the holiday by the guest or member of the party or invited person, or any car or its contents. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and representations are accurate we cannot be held responsible for misinterpretations.

Environmental Policy. |
|
We ask you to switch off any lights and appliances whilst not in the property and to switch off the gas central heating and any appliances upon departure. Please do not leave the log burner fire lit whilst not in the property. We ask you to keep the noise to a minimum in order to maintain a good neighbour policy with the neighbours who are permanent residents.

Deposit. |
|
An amount equivalent to 25 % of the total booking value is required to secure your booking.
|
|
Cancellation Policy. |
|
In the event of a no show or a cancellation less than 56 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent of the total booking value will be charged.

Check in / Check out. |
Unless by special request, our earliest check in time is 15;00 hours
Unless by special request, our latest check out time is 10;00 hours
Free car parking ( parking permit supplied )
